We are requesting proposals to restore the two monument signs at the entrance to our HOA in Delray Beach.
The scope of work should include:
- Retaining and incorporating the existing sign structures
- Demolition and removal of the current surface panels (attached with rivets and easily removable)
- Resurfacing with new exterior skin elements (material to be determined)
- Installation of new lettering
- Installation of new backlighting
- Electrical service is already in place at both signs.
- We are seeking a coastal modern design aesthetic.
